By using Reach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reach is a personal research agent that connects to your existing accounts (Slack, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira) via browser cookie export. Reach does not access your accounts without your explicit action to export cookies.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to export cookies and query data from your connected services. Do not use Reach to access data you are not authorized to view. You must comply with the terms of service of each connected service.
Reach requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each subscription includes a monthly message limit. If you reach your limit, additional messages will be blocked until the next billing period.

Reach is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated responses may contain errors. Reach is not a substitute for professional research or advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
